Caitlyn Berry

Caitlyn Berry joined Hartshorne & Mehl in 2020 after articling at a plaintiff boutique litigation firm. She earned her law degree from the University of Victoria, which included two co-op terms at the British Columbia Securities Commission. In her experience at the Securities Commission, she assisted on administrative tribunals and contributed to policy making through research support, particularly in the areas of cryptocurrency trading and activist short selling.
Caitlyn has advocated for clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as the Insurance Council of British Columbia and the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys live music, travelling, and hosting parties (when it’s safe to do so).
