Joshua joined Hartshorne & Mehl’s litigation group in 2020 after practicing corporate and business law at a boutique firm located in downtown Vancouver.

Joshua works with his clients towards practical and realistic resolutions of disputes where possible but does not hesitate to contest unreasonable positions taken by others. Joshua has represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, including advocating at trial on their behalf.   

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys running, squash, hockey, reading and spending time with his family.
