Sabatino Amendolagine
Lawyer
Sabatino is new to Hartshorne Mehl but not new to the practice of law, having been called to the bar in 2000. After a decade working in the mineral exploration industry, Sabatino attended university in Nevada for his undergraduate studies and then moved back to his beloved Vancouver and obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia.
He first developed his litigation skills as Federal Crown Counsel, prosecuting drug-related offences, GST fraud, Fisheries Act offences and tax filing offences. For the last eighteen years, he has put his litigation experience to use, defending personal liability insurance claims, conducting countless examinations for discovery, mediations, contested applications and trials.
Sabatino’s approach to litigation is one of dogged preparedness, believing a commitment to planning and knowing one’s file ensures the most favourable outcome.
Outside of the courts, Sabatino can be found at home with his family, hiking, travelling, working out at the gym, completing masonry and other building projects, tending to his tomato plants and watching rugby.
